Three New Changes This Year

Our first new rule is regarding contracted players. Current rule is that you can drop a player from contract and you get the contract back and the round he was drafted in.  New rule is now if you drop a player from contract you get the contract back but not the round, instead it gets added to the end of the entire draft. EXP if you have player 1 that you drafted in round 3 signed and you either release him in yahoo, trade him or drop the contract on him (all of which void his contract) you will get his contract back but you lose your 3rd round pick you drafted him in (you will make this pick after round 15) this makes everyone think alittle harder on which players to contract and also cuts down on loose trades and releases. Bottomline is don't contract players you're not willing to stick it out with.

Second new rule is regarding autodrafting. From now on if you happen to be autodrafted you will no longer have rights to sign that player after the season. You were not the one to draft them so you shouldn't be allowed go keep him. If something were to come up and you're worried about being autodrafted, then make out a top 10 list and give it to me and I'll make your pick off your list, since you made that list of choices it won't be an autodraft.

Third new rule, you can now sign one free agent you picked up during the season. This doesn't count players that owners released into the free agent pool, those are still unable to be signed. This only counts players that were never drafted by anyone during our draft. That player will count as a 9th rounder
