So the biggest issue for our draft is slow drafters, it's the early rounds and almost taking the full 48 hours just isn't going to cut it. Be ready and be prepared, make a list to carry with you or get an idea of who you might want.
I've gotten texts and verbal complaints about our speed, which means we are moving up to the speed of most of our drafters.

To be fair.. if 48 hours were allotted then people shouldn't bitch if they are within the 48 hour time frame.
