Our draft is now finished, as normal we get some time for free moves. Here is how this works, you need to either contact me or post it on the blog and I'll put it in our free move post, this applies to trades too.

Free moves is you chance to fix something you'd like on your roster, you can drop any of your players and pick up free agent players at this point. These free moves don't count toward your 16 move max for the season, that's why they're free.

Trades also are free right now, you get 10 trade max for the season.

THIS FREE TRADE/MOVE TIME IS ONLY A WEEK LONG, NEXT SATURDAY IS THE LAST DAY TO DO IT, AFTER THAT YOUR ROSTERS ARE FINAL AND WILL APPEAR IN THE YAHOO LEAGUE.

Speeding Up

Starting with round 10 we need to pick up the pace. Everyone will get 24 hours a pick now instead of the 48. Making a list helps greatly for when your turn comes around.

Watch Those Rosters

We are doing well with speed as of late and are at the 9th round with only 6 rounds left after. I usually don't say much for the rosters but some owners are having bye weeks issues and might not realize it. It's not that bad when you have players on the same bye unless they are the same position. Here is a list of some owners that should check out their roster for bye week conflicts. Usually you don't want to load up to many players on a bye week either, like I said this is just a reminder if you didn't see the issue.

1. Curt, You have 2 of your 3 Rbs on bye week 11 and 2 of your 3 Wrs on bye week 7

2.Amy, you have 4 players on bye week 8

3.Lance, you have 2 or your 3 Rbs on bye week 5

I Tried And Failed

In a attempt to just speed it for some people, I've offended others and that was not at all the goal. I am sorry for that mess. I'm also sorry to Ben and Amy for calling them out, I didn't mean how it came across. They were other drafters taking some time too.

The rules were clearly set before we drafted and we can't shorten the time on people that may need it unless time is getting to close to Sept.

Once someone is offended and feels attacked then it's not a easy task to undo that damage. The 48 hours a pick stays and will only get shortened in August if we are behind. If you're a fast drafter then you gotta wait alittle.

Ummmmmmmmmmm...........Time To Change

So the biggest issue for our draft is slow drafters, it's the early rounds and almost taking the full 48 hours just isn't going to cut it. Be ready and be prepared, make a list to carry with you or get an idea of who you might want.

I've gotten texts and verbal complaints about our speed, which means we are moving up to the speed of most of our drafters.

League Vote Issue #2

How we would like to deal with people that get auto-drafted. It drags out draft out when we sit and sit waiting. AUTO-DRAFTED PLAYERS CAN NO LONGER BE SIGNED!!!

1)1 free auto-draft, after that they drop the bottom of the round and get auto-drafted then

2)1 free auto-draft, after that they lose that pick until the draft is over and can fill it in then

3)They don't get auto-drafted and get passed over but can fill in their pick at anytime.

League Vote issue #1

We need to vote on whether we are a pay league this year or not. Place you vote for which number you'd like.

1) $10 buy in, with 5 free moves and each move after that is .25 with unlimited moves

2) $10 buy in, with out normal 16 limit moves

3) $10 buy in, with unlimited free moves

4) $0 buy in, with our normal 16 limit moves
